From Facebook:

Join us for a discussion featuring local chefs and food activists about how culture is expressed through cooking. Learn how we maintain traditions and culture through recipes, food sourcing, and meals. Culinary artists will discuss their cultural backgrounds, food histories and why they choose to live in Jacksonville.

This program complements the Living History exhibit located in the Jax Makerspace Gallery in the Main Library. This program is suitable for all ages and is free and open to the public.
